Step 1:

Start by selecting the cherished clothing or sentimental material you'd like transformed into your Memory Bear. If you have any questions or need assistance, don’t hesitate to reach out to Mama by email. 

Step 2:

* Download the order form and select the style for your custom Memory Bear.

* Secure your order by emailing a 20% deposit via e-transfer along with your completed form.
Prefer in-person payment? No problem! We can arrange to meet at a convenient public location.

Step 3:

You and Richelle (Mama) will arrange a designated public meeting location to facilitate the secure and professional handover of your valued materials.

Step 4:

Mama will lovingly design and handcraft your one-of-a-kind Memory Bear, following your chosen style and specifications.

If there are any special details or requests, Mama will reach out to ensure everything is just right.

Step 5:

When your Memory Bear is finished, Mama will reach out to schedule a pickup appointment. The final owing balance will be due at that time.

NOTE:

*Any leftover materials will be returned to you.

Mama operates on her own and generally requires 6 to 8 weeks to complete a small order. Check in to inquire about her present time frame.
